After recording the most fiscally successful season of his career in 2008, a season which included five Top-10 and eight Top-25 finishes, Matt Kuchar has opened up his 2009 PGA Tour season. He closed out '08 with a career-best $1,447,638 in earnings.
Kuchar missed the cut at the Sony Open in Hawaii last weekend, carding 5-over par 145 through the first two rounds of play. But he looks to bounce back this week at the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic Hosted by Arnold Palmer in La Quinta, Calif.
Kuchar will tee off for Round 2 Thursday at 9:51 a.m. PST (12:51 p.m. EST) at Bermuda Dunes Country Club.
