Kuchar Shoots Opening-Round 67, Tied for 5th

Matt Kuchar began the FBR Open on the right foot Thursday as he shot 4-under par 67 at TPC Scottsdale. Kuchar teed off on the back nine and turned at 2-under par. He holed four birdies in a row, 17, 18, 1 and 2, finishing out the day with six birdies and two bogies.
Kuchar will tee off for the second round Friday at 1:11 pm local time.
