When players arrived at Pebble Beach Golf Links on Sunday to play the final round of the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am, they were met by soaked courses, causing the PGA Tour to delay the fourth round until Monday. But with continuing rains, Monday's round was also cancelled and the tournament was called.
After 54 holes of play, Matt Kuchar found himself tied for 14th place in the event. He shot 5-under par 68 on the final day of play to close out the tournament with a 6-under par 210 (71-71-68). The finish marked Kuchar's third Top-25 finish in his first four events of the season, having recoded a tie for 6th at the FBR Open and a tie for 25th at the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic in January.
The finish earned Kuchar $94,550, moving him up to 26th on the PGA Tour's official money list with total season earnings at $325,293. He also moves up nine spots in the PGA Tours FedEx Cup standings, sitting at 27th place for the week.
Kuchar will travel to Pacific Palisades, Calif. this week for the Northern Trust Open.
