Kuchar Ties for 15th at Deutsche Bank Championship; Advances in Playoffs

Matt Kuchar shot an 11- under par 273 (65-71-68-69) en route to a tie for 15th place at the Deutsche Bank Championship at TPC Boston in Norton, MA. The event was the second of four tournaments that comprise the FedEx Cup Playoffs. Kuchar had 18 birdies, which included seven birdies in the opening round.
Kuchar earned $123,750 for the tournament, along with 273 FedEx Cup points, moving him to 46th position. So far this year, Kuchar has taken home $1,122,993 in earnings.
