Kuchar Finishes 2nd at Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open

Matt Kuchar carded a final-round 67 to finish the Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open in second behind champion Marc Turnesa. Kuchar held the 36 hole lead following the second tournament day, and finished at 24-under par 264 for second place.
The finish earned Kuchar a $442,800 share of the tournament's $4.1 million purse, totaling his earnings this season to $1,437,288 through 26 events. He now stands at 67th on the PGA Tour's official Money List, up from from last week's 93rd-place ranking.
Kuchar has recorded five top-ten finishes during the 2008 season. His score following the first two rounds, 18-under par 126, marked a 36-hole course record at TPC Summerlin.
